On the French Republican Calendar, our date of 19 November was associated with the service tree (Cormier) which is native to parts of Europe, Africa and Asia. I have no tie to celebrate that tree, so I'm pulling out some wonderful diagonal stripes that haven't been seen on me since March 2021.
