It's Rubber Ducky Day! Beth gave me this bow tie for Christmas a year ago, and when I wore it in August for National Bow Tie Day I tied it more perfectly than today's edition. As explained at
this Web site, wearing a bow tie is sometimes seen as an act of rebellion: "wearing a bow tie is a way of broadcasting an aggressive lack of concern for what other people think." I'm happy with my tie and I also hope you like it -- but of course I don't really care.
