It's Cat Day! After the French Revolution, the leaders of the Republic designed a new calendar, replacing the old references to religions and myths with days associated with farm animals, crops and tools. Today (25 Nivôse on the French Republican Calendar) is a day to celebrate CATS. Our two royal highnesses Andrew and Esther are learning to accept our guest Gizmo, who has come to live with us until his servants Jack and Emily can bring him back to his own castle.
