Of all the holidays related to chocolate, I like this one -- International Chocolate Day -- best. It recognizes the birthday of Milton Hershey (1857-1945). "The first Hershey bars were sold in 1900 and proved so popular that he was able to build his own company town of Hershey, Pennsylvania." (Wikipedia)
