I have several golf-themed ties. I am not a golfer but I am amused by the scene of total frustration on this tie! According to some older calendars, 16 April (last Friday) has been celebrated as National Golf Day, so I thought I would be almost on par to wear a golf tie today, especially on a green shirt. It turns out that the ongoing pandemic has driven a change of course for National Golf Day this year, bouncing it into May. That change on the calendar "tees me off," but I hope I can take a "mulligan" this time. Is this a fair way to explain my tie choice? I admit it's very rough.
