I'm wearing my moose tie for its rich "environmental" theme. (It's a bid saddening that there is no official Moose Appreciation Day.) Today in Beginning Ethics we are starting our study of environmental ethics, talking principally about the difference between anthropocentric and ecocentric viewpoints. Later on we'll get to global warming, plastic pollution and recycling!
