Today marks 50 years since the first human space flight into orbit (Yuri Gagarin, 1961, USSR) and 30 years since the first launch of the space shuttle (Columbia, 1981, USA). My tie features a Saturn V rocket which was used during the Apollo missions (1967-1972, USA).
