My friend and former EKU colleague Minh Nguyen is Professor of Philosophy / Ethnic Studies & Assistant Dean of the Honors College at Florida Gulf Coast University (Fort Myers, FL). His birthday is 3 July, so I'm helping to celebrate today with this shiny light blue tie. Minh is a huge fan of soccer, and tonight he hopes to see the Argentina national soccer team win against Colombia for a spot in the final of Copa América. "I love Lionel Messi and Argentina. And I want them to get to the final and win the trophy." My tie and white shirt match the colors of Argentina's flag and the team's uniforms!
