I missed celebrating World Food Day a week ago (16 October), so we'll just serve it together with National Food Day today! National Food Day was created in 2011 by CSPI (Center for Science in the Public Interest) as "a celebration of healthy, affordable and sustainably produced food and a grassroots campaign for better food policies." My tie's label says "Good Nutrition is Food for Thought," and it is based on art by "Nelson" who was 8 when he did the drawings. Celebrations of food are central to Farm Church but I don't know if they have planned anything special for today.
