295 years ago on this date -- Johann Sebastian Bach dedicated his six Brandenburg Concertos to his patron, Christian Ludwig, Margrave of Brandenburg-Schwedt. My personal favorite is #3 and you can listen to it at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QLj_gMBqHX8.
