Are you finding good reasons to panic today? It's INTERNATIONAL PANIC DAY, when it's OK to be in temporary panic as long as you know that it will all be over soon. Last year I wore my chain-mail tie, to prove that I was prepared for anything. This year I am being proactive, by wearing a shirt and tie in the most comforting colors -- blue and gray -- including a pattern reminding you of pleasant mountain landscapes and smoothly flowing streams. If you need even more help, remember the words on the cover of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy ("DON'T PANIC!").
