Two good reasons for today's Looney Tunes - WWW tie: (1) In 1993, CERN gave Tim Berners-Lee public rights to "the Web" protocols, making this "Web Freedom Day"-- no tolls on the information superhighway! (2) This is National Animal Advocacy Day, sponsored by the ASPCA -- and so Bugs and Daffy and Taz and Tweety want you to care about animals!
