18 March 13

Saturday, March 16 was Freedom of Information Day, honoring the birthday (in 1751) of James Madison. He was a major writer of the U. S. Constitution and (especially) the first ten amendments, known as the Bill of Rights. Today's freedom for everyone to publish on the Internet flows directly from the freedoms of speech, press and assembly guaranteed through the First Amendment. Bugs Bunny and other Looney Tunes® characters enjoy freedom of comical speech and action!
