Nobody knows who started International Dog Biscuit Appreciation Day, but all sites agree that it is on February 23. There is no parallel for cat treats, probably because cats completely ignore the human calendar. My tie includes a three-biscuit message that says "I Love Dogs." How will YOU celebrate this occasion?
